The Eiffel Tower is 330 metres (1,083 feet) tall, antennas included. That has been its height since 15 March 2022, when a new digital radio antenna was set on top by helicopter. Why the tower grew: from 300 to 330 metres
The iron structure has not changed. The antennas added on top, for radio and then television, made it taller.

A record-holder for 42 years
When it opened on 31 March 1889, the Eiffel Tower was the tallest tower in the world. According to the official site, it kept that title until 1931, when New York's Empire State Building overtook it at 381 metres. It is still the tallest structure in Paris.
It was built in 2 years, 2 months and 5 days for the 1889 World's Fair. It was only meant to last 20 years: its scientific uses and radio are what saved it.
