Two official restaurants, two atmospheres. On the 1st floor, Madame Brasserie serves contemporary brasserie cuisine by Thierry Marx. On the 2nd floor, Le Jules Verne offers a 2-star fine dining dinner with chef Frédéric Anton. In both cases, the table looks out over Paris and the Trocadéro.

The two restaurants at a glance
- Madame Brasserie (1st floor, 57 m): contemporary brasserie by chef Thierry Marx, seasonal and local produce. At lunch, the Brasserie menu from 48 € and the Madame menu from 69 €; at dinner, the Gustave menu from 90 € and the Grande Dame tasting menu from 175 € (drinks included). Children's menu 20 € (lunch) / 35 € (dinner). The booking includes access to the Eiffel Tower.
- Le Jules Verne (2nd floor, 125 m): 2-Michelin-star fine dining restaurant (since 2024) by chef Frédéric Anton. At lunch, the Carte menu 140 € (Monday to Friday) or the tasting menu from 215 €; at dinner, the tasting menu from 215 €, drinks not included. Access is via a dedicated private elevator, bypassing the visitor lines.
- Both tables overlook Paris, the Champ-de-Mars and the Trocadéro across the Seine.
